Quick question, if anyone knows the answer, does the suspension of the regular rules of parking (e.g. no parking this side wed. 8-whatever) begin at 8pm tomorrow with the start of the snow emergency or do I still have to wake up at 7:30 tomorrow to move my car?

The Crossgates Mall just announced a two-hour delay tomorrow -- it is Snowmaggedon!

Your readers should all just park over on Marwood Street off Whitehall Road in Albany! There's a Ford parked on the odd side of the street RIGHT NOW that has been there through the last several snow emergencies! City plows even BACK UP when they get to it! It never gets towed or ticketed! (Word is it belongs to a relative of a city bigshot!)

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
