Every which way, mittens

mittens on sign

Somewhere, a glove is without its pair.

We snapped this pic at Capital Hills a few days ago. It's like a memorial to lost mittens and gloves.

aw cute.

Its good to know people are looking out for that stuff as I lost my mitten about a week ago and recovered it in a lost and found.

brilliant! :)

Love this! I remember when there was just one lonely mitten. Always wonder if anyone ever claims one.

Oh those sad little kittens...

This is not just a memorial to lost mittens, it's a finding aid. This morning I found the mitten I must have dropped on the golf course yesterday sticking off the directional pointer for the 1st Tee. I was kicking myself for my entire walk this morning for having lost that mitten because I had knitted it myself --- and then at the end of my walk it was the Miracle of the Mitten Tree.
