Can you still say five hole? Because that sounds kind of dirty.
Interesting/amusing story by the TU's Dayelin Roman about Union College's effort to stamp out what the administration considers vulgar chants and language at hockey games -- including the word "sucks." (But the team is ranked #5 #4 in the nation! Holy... moly.) Obviously, this wouldn't skate at RPI.

How about mentioning the fact that Union just finished first in ECAC regular season play for the first time since moving to D-I about 20 years ago?
And I believe that in the latest poll (out today) they are ranked 4th in the nation.

As an RPI fan, it's hard to believe the word "sucks" could be banned. That's too bad; though the RPI chants are kind of cheap (... and Clarkson still sucks! makes no sense to me; the rivalry between the two has been poor at best for the last few years) they do seem to get the crowd involved, which is important at college hockey games.
One less reason to go to Schenectady I guess; RPI and Union could meet there in the 2nd round of the playoffs. I won't go if I'm just gonna get thrown out. Let's grow up shall we? I don't think college kids haven't heard the word "sucks" before.
