Craig and his wonderful list
The good thing about Craigslist: It's a window into our fellow community members' wants, needs and aspirations. The bad thing about Craigslist: It's a window into our fellow community members' wants, needs and aspirations.
Good or bad, we'll let you decide ...
He's seeking a woman's help in "discovering" if his "operation was entirely successful, and that the involved musculature is functioning properly." P.S. No drama.
A helpful hint: If she "speeds on by without a 2nd glance" and treats you "as a nonexistent entity," then you're not "living in limbo." Dude, it's just not gonna happen.
Didn't people know this is Supermarket Week? Grocery store hottie sightings were in short supply. Still, there was:
At Hannaford:
"You came up next to me at the Seafood counter while I was ordering some shrimp. ..."
At Price Chopper:
"Good eye contact" at the Westgate Chopper.
"We spoke at the check out (and it is ironic, because i was checking YOU out)."
A "Muscle Dude" in the Clifton Park store.
Nonetheless, romance abounded -- and in the most unusual of places:
At CVS: "We messed around behind the stale candy display."
At Jiminy Peak (in the late 1970s, no less): "We made love in the back seat of the car with our ski boots still on."
And the "hot, scruffy guy" near the board games at Toys R Us.
Awww ... the ninja heart photo is actually a nice touch.
She'd like someone to teach her about mushroom foraging.
A conversation we hope we'll never have: "Yeah, I found my lawyer on Craigslist. See this ad her son posted for her? -- 'My mom jus doesn;'t advertise her skills in the way of the new times so i am trying to get her business.' Wasn't that sweet of him?"
And this week's prize for free-verse poetry goes to ...
