The week ahead
Here are a few things to keep in mind, look ahead to, or take care of this week -- from the weather (way up, then down), to free ice cream, to blue men, to science, to comedy, to a whole bunch of music...
Weather
Here's the paraphrased forecast:
Monday: Warm and stormy. Chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs near 80.
Tuesday: Cloudy. Chance of rain. Highs in the low 60s.
Wednesday: Some sun. Chance of rain. Highs in the low 50s.

Madness! Madness! (It's this week, really)
The Palace's classic movie series is showing The Bridge On the River Kwai Monday night. (It's really is week. We had mistakenly mentioned it last week. Sorry about that.) 7 pm - $5
Free ice cream
Tuesday is free cone day at Ben & Jerry's, from noon - 8 pm. There will be lines. Bring an umbrella.
Tax day, a little later
April 15 -- this Friday -- is usually the deadline for filing income tax returns. But, because of a holiday in the DC on Friday, this year's deadline is April 18 (the Monday after). That said, the sooner you get it finished (if you haven't already), the sooner you won't have to think about it.

Just got back from Blue Man Group. 4th time in the past ten years or so. Still just as amazing. I saw them previously in NYC and this show is every bit the quality production I saw there. Congratulations to Proctors for bringing them here!
For those wondering, I'm not sure who loved it more, a R'nR veteran like myself, my 8yo daughter (who was DYING to be a volunteer) or my 81yo father.
From the 2.5D texting stickmen, to their Big Bouncing Glowing Balls, to beyond...I'm just speechless. Again.
