Yes! I remember when they put that in! i was only 10-ish. It was big deal. Cars would run right over the turtles, and leave them in the road. It was really sad. And the Police wold just leave them in the road. on our way to school we wound count all the deid turtals. Soon People started conplaning and the sign was put in!
