I wasn't there, but I feel like Tess has a right to feel burned (no pun intended). I understand that DiNapoli was indecisive in the beginning, because he probably thought he was going to get more money by cashing in the insurance and razing the place. However, it seems sorta unfair to give another guy the go-ahead to reopen the joint after she gave up and moved to McGeary's. I don't know, like I said, I wasn't there.
