What's up in the Neighborhood

The NeighborhoodAmong the topics in this most recent spin around the Capital Region's online neighborhood: free burrito day, Easter, going out of your way, the Hudson Valley, Adventure in Food, frozen yogurt, unopened beer, opened beer, gourmet stores, pizza, a scenic drive, and beavers.

Matt learned a few things on Free Burrito Day.

Jackie came across an Easter basket of sorts along the Hudson in Moreau.

Kristi listed a few things in the Capital Region that she's willing to go out of her way for.

It sounds like Jen had a good time in the Hudson Valley -- a vegan dinner, witnessing beer chugging, and a stop in Rhinebeck.

Tim got a tour of the Adventure in Food.

FiS Dan says Plum Dandy in Saratoga is "so fun."

Steve notes that you are allowed to bring unopened alcohol back to a store for refund.

Jerry says Bob's Diner in Watervliet is "a perfect example of a place that everybody needs to experience while they are in the Capital Region."

Daniel B offered some advice for a local gourmet store.

Mr. Dave argued for the use of the name "Pizza Sapiens" in downtown Albany.

Rob admired some nice cans.

Amanda took a scenic drive through Albany.

Kevin says Carl Paladino was "tragically" left out of the state vegetable debate.

Crystal says a rock show at the Hudson River Coffee House "totally works."

And The Exiles watched some beavers swim at Five Rivers.
