Chefs Consortium at St. Joseph's

chefs consortium spring deliveranceSomething to look ahead to: the Chefs Consortium is organizing another food and music event, this time at St. Joseph's in Albany. "A Spring Deliverance" is May 14 from 6-9 pm. From the blurbage:

Join Hudson Valley's Chefs Consortium as we welcome the beginning of Spring in Albany at legendary architect Patrick Keely's magnificent church. Under detailed wood carvings, expansive arches and eyes of wooden angels, the Chefs Consortium's Noah Sheetz, Rebecca Joyner, Nicci Cagan, John Peterson and Jeff Loshinsky will prepare culinary treats.
Welcome to our lineup: Albany's own 2x Choppedâ„¢ Champion chef Ric Orlando preparing his own unique "Slow Food" dishes.
Fresh, local ingredients from Albany area farms, food producers and Hudson Valley wineries will be on the menu. Its huge spiritually-inspired interior will be filled with the Bluegrass, Blues and Jazz music of Dan Johnson and His Expert Side Men, Matt Durfee, Andy Sink, Matthew Loiacono with Hunter Sagehorn (from the band Alta Mira) and Rosary Beard. High arched wood carved walls will be covered with the artwork of Albany artists like Jennifer Grainer and Chip Fasciana, founder of Albany Underground Artists.

Tickets are $20 and reservations are required. To sign up, email noahsheetz@yahoo.com, or call 914-204-9628.

I am probably missing where this is listed, but what time does this start? And did anyone go to the previous one?

It's from 6-9 pm. It was on their website, but I just forgot to include it in the post.

The Scoop
