Spy crows

A stunning twist in the War on Crows: the US military reportedly contracted with researchers to see if crows could be trained to find Osama Bin Laden. Is that a black helicopter?!? Where's Glenn Beck's chalkboard?!?) See also: America's parachuting, armored, gas-mask-wearing, doggled military dogs. [KING/Neurophilosphy via TMN] [Foreign Policy]

Fascinating!

Also, don't forget about the US military's tip-top-secret CATS program, and the heroic "Band of Whiskers" who scratched, prowled, and meowed their way through Europe during WWII!
