Tiny protests against fracking

Abby was in Schenectady Sunday for the Greenmarket and noticed these tiny fracking protestors. She says there were dozens of them hiding around the State Street/Jay Street area.

A bunch of the tiny anti-frackers are after the jump.

As Abby said in an email: "Yes, had too much fun finding these..."

Not only is this rad, it's fun to try and place these figures -- so far I got Jim Henson's primetime 90s puppet sitcom "Dinosaurs," figures, John Goodman as Fred Flintstone, and John smith from Disney's "Pocahontas." Anyone know who the dude is in the car? Is that Two-Face from Batman?

Yes, it's Two-Face.

I believe they're all McDonalds "Happy Meal" toys. The only one I'm not certain of is Fred Flintstone.

The miniature toys have the right message, "No Tracking"
Thank's to the creative placer!

We were wondering where this came from! We found one outside our capitol bureau. For the record, we collect all kind of neat swag on both sides of an argument, but this one was particularly interesting given the mystery.

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
