Public support for same-sex marriage

The Q Poll out today reports that respondents support legalizing same-sex marriage 54-40. Voters under 35 support it 70-26 -- those over 65 opposed it 57-37. When asked opposition from religious leaders influence their opinion on the topic, 70 percent of respondents said no. (The poll was conducted last week.)
