WEXT's 4th birthday party

wext birthday 4Our friends at WEXT will be celebrating their fourth (!) birthday next Thursday (July 7) at Valentine's. The lineup is great:

Sgt Dunbar and the Hobo Banned
Scientific Maps
Olivia Quillio
The Lucky Jukebox Brigade

And tickets are just $7. Show starts at 8 pm.

WEXT is our favorite Capital Region radio station -- it's not even close. Congrats to Chris, Dave and the rest of the crew on another year.

By the way: WEXT has what sounds like a fun program lined up for July 4th: 50 Songs for 50 States -- each song about a different state.

Having a great and reliable radio station where I live is so important to me. I feel really lucky to live in Albany and WEXT contributes to that feeling on a daily basis.(And so does All Over Albany!)

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
