Frack frack frack

"People briefed on the administration's discussions" tell the New York Times that the Cuomo admin will lift the statewide ban on fracking -- with exceptions for areas inside the watersheds for New York City and Syracuse. Apparently there's a "scientific and engineering report" that recommends lifting the ban. The Cuomo admin says the NYT story is "baseless speculation" and "premature."
