The Albany Public Library reports its revised budget passed Tuesday, 2,811 to 2,474. The APL estimates a home valued at $150k will pay $217.58 in library taxes next year ($1.45 per $1,000 of valuation) -- up about $28 from this year (about 15 percent). [APL]
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
