Woah, that's a small kitchen! Great use of the space, though. I love the pegboard. I think I'd give up some cabinets to make room for a pegboard like that one. (I thought my 55 square foot kitchen was small. Now I'm feeling more fortunate to have my single 8"-wide utensil drawer!)

The photos look a bit better in Christine's flickr set. She makes it seem much, much larger than it must actually be... impressive! Good stuff.
