I was in the Plaza when this happened. You could see a second rainbow for a little while.

Hey, that's my corner!
I saw this one, too...coming back from an ice cream run to Price Chopper. It was so clear that you could see the pattern of the colors repeat itself. One of the nicest I've seen in a long time. I saw the second rainbow, too.
