Question facing New York appeals courts: should therapy dogs be allowed to accompany witnesses to the stand during a trial? Supporters say the dogs help victims of crimes deal with the stress of testifying. Critics say the dogs bias the jury. [NYT]

I read that article today, too. "Should therapy dogs be allowed to accompany witnesses?" Well, what about blind people with service dogs??
