Can you invest in snow shovel futures?

A forecast for this winter by an AccuWeather "severe weather expert" is projecting "above normal" amounts of snow for this region, including a lot of those storms that track their way up the East Coast. (Why? Something to do with La Nina, apparently.) Last winter's snowfall total here was 87.2 inches, the 14th-highest total on record. [via @AndyArthur]
