Each night, an army of doughboys
Late night munchies fact of the day: Esperanto sells as many as 1,000 doughboys on a busy summer night in Saratoga. When we talked with Esperanto a few years ago, they told us doughboys made up about 35 percent of the shop's business. [Daily Gazette]

Daniel B needs to do an "Eat This!" on doughboys.

Happy to do it, but I understand one must first engage in copious consumption in order to really capture the majesty of the form. Cab fare back from Saratoga is a bit steep. So it looks like I'll need to find a DD.
Was that sound you volunteering?

Make no mistake, there's genius in the doughboy. It's what you want, where you need it, when you need it. Deeply satisfying nexus.
