That's a ridiculous price. I remember when the asking price was $850,000. Scary what the economy has come to. Reminds me of the mansion in the GE Realty plot that went for $100,000 and change at auction last year.

Oh dang it! If only I'd saved a few more pennies, I could have cut my commute to a third it's current distance (give or take...) :)
