In Hawaii, the pawn shops advertise the normal stuff: "We buy gold, jewelry, electronics," but they also specifically mention ukuleles. It made me really sad to think about a person having to pawn their ukulele.

Pretty sure that there's some legal grey area there - if said baby mama does not have good title to said gold, she can't then sell it to the pawn shop. Funny sign, but they're potentially opening themselves up to court action.
