Occupy Albany vs. Cuomo

occupy albany protester thumbnailInteresting overview by Jimmy Vielkind at Capital about how Occupy Albany has "given Andrew Cuomo fits." Cuomo is extraordinarily skilled at playing the political game -- but what happens when the people on the other side either aren't part of the game?

"extraordinarily skilled?"

You get the job because of your daddy's name, you take a bunch of right wing money(hello Koch brothers!) even though you are a democrat in a "blue state", you sell out the state's water and tourism industry to big gas and oil and then you start to lose your cool over a few tents in a city you only visit a few times a year?

I guess the word "extraordinary" isn't quite what it used to be. Pretty soon we'll be seeing stories about Jenna and Not Jenna Bush are "extraordinarily skilled". Or that his girlfriend is an extraordinary chef.

Selling out isn't a skill.
