Storytelling

The Front Parlor storytelling series is back at the Ale House in Troy Tuesday night. This week's theme: "Do-over." Get there early to grab a table -- it usually fills up. 7:30 pm

Comedy

+ Interactive theater comedy Tony n' Tina's Wedding is at Proctors Key Hall Thursday through Sunday. The audience is treated like guests at the wedding. Hijinks ensue. $65 and $75

+ Comedian Brian Regan is at The Palace Friday night. 8 pm - $37.50

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at Proctors: The Intergalactic Nemesis. From the blurbage:

This period-sci-fi-horror-suspense-comedy-romance is presented in a whole new format: while three actors, one Foley artist, and one keyboardist perform all the voices, sound effects and music, more than 1,000 hand-drawn, full-color, hi-rez, blow-your-mind comic-book images blast from the screen, all performed LIVE.

7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday, 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday - $15 and up

Bebe

Bebe Neuwirth -- who apparently doesn't age -- will be at Proctors Saturday night for "intimate evening of cabaret-style entertainment ... performing pop songs alongside some of the greatest Broadway hits, from Sondheim to Weill, with her signature vibrato style." 8 pm - $20 and up

Hockey

The men's hockey teams from Union and RPI face off Saturday night at Union. (Union will be coming back from playing Harvard on Friday... at Fenway Park.) 7 pm

Dark Girls

Sunday at the Palace: Dark Girls, a documentary looking at "the deep-seated biases and attitudes about skin color particularly dark skinned women, outside of and within the Black American culture." Here's a short review.

The directors of the doc will be at Palace for a Q&A following the film. 7 pm - $25

Evan Dando and some other guys. 8 pm - $15 ahead / $17 day of
