The Troy Fire Department says the fire at Flavour Cafe, one of a string of fires around the city overnight, is considered suspicious. On its Facebook page, Flavour owner Charlie Staats promised "to do my best to open as soon as i possibly can" -- he told the TU it will be a few months.
