Cambridge Hotel, after Hell

Steve ate at the newly Ramsay-ed Cambridge Hotel this past weekend and reports the food was great -- it also sounds like he'll make an appearances on the episode of Hotel Hell. (See Jerry's before-Ramsay meal there.) Said celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay of the hotel during an appearance at Willard Mountain this weekend: "It's the pillar of the community, so we need to put it back into the community and make the owners understand that you need to carry that momentum forward and more importantly fall in love with it again.
