Sean Rowe, Babe City at Steamer 10

Sean Rowe.

Here's a good show coming up: Sean Rowe at the Steamer 10 in Albany on March 17. And recently added to the show: Babe City, the new group that includes Olivia Quillio, Meagan Duffy, MaryLeigh Roohan (Mary Leigh & The Fauves) and Caroline Corrigan (Red Lions).

The show starts at 8 pm. Tickets are $13 ahead / $15 at the door. Considering Sean Rowe's last two shows in the greater Capital Region have sold out, it's probably a good idea to score tickets ahead of time. (Also: if our memory serves correctly, the Steamer 10 is not a large venue.)

Shows at the Steamer 10? The Steamer 10 is known for its kids show, but it's recently been hosting a string of performance for more mature audiences in the evening (no, not that like that). A few more of the upcoming shows: Rosanne Raneri and Bryan Thomas (April 14), Rosary Beard and Winterpills (May 4).

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.

Albany tightened its rules for shoveling snowy sidewalks last winter -- so how'd that work out?
