I noticed while channel surfing in my car this morning, that 99.1 fm (which used to be a crush fm repeater station) is now billing itself as "the occupy channel: music for the 99%". And it plays rage against the machine, edwin starr, etc.
Is this actually affiliated with the occupy movement, or is this corporate radio trying to make a buck off of the anti-corporate movement? Anyone know?

Re. 'Disappeared,' it's on the Discovery channel, unless I'm mistaken.

So, today, 99.1 is no longer the occupy channel, but "sunny 99.1 that will turn your frown upside down." Its had three formats in as many days. I can't help but imagine a bunch of programming directors sitting around a table playing poker, passing around the creative control of this station once they ran out of chips.
