Tweed ride
This could be fun: Ethan is organizing an Albany Tweed Ride on bicycles -- "Don't own any tweed? Don't know what 'plus four suits' are? No worries. Just leave the spandex and chartreuse at home, and dress nicely." Here's a video of a tweed ride in DC last year.
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

Oh, sweet guys. Thanks so much!
(Working out the route now. Right now I like tea at Ultraviolet and riding through two parks with ponds.)

When I lived in DC, one of the dudes in my building was an inveterate Tweedster. And whenever I saw him tooling away from me (as I waited at the bus stop) on his two wheels, handlebar moustache blowing in the breeze, I was always jealous.
I know that sounds snarky, but I'm serious. Not long after he moved in, I started biking to work.
Ride on, Ethan, I hope the Ride is a big success!
