Crimson Sparrow Hudson now open

crimson sparrow back yard counterThe Crimson Sparrow -- the much-anticipated new restaurant in Hudson from two alumni of the foodie-famous WD-50 in NYC -- opened this Wednesday and is taking reservations for dinner (its schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday, with a Sunday brunch starting soon). WD-50 is known for using avant garde techniques. Here's a quick video from the two chefs -- Ben Freemole and John McCarthy -- talking about folding some of those techniques into what they want to do at CS. Here's the Crimson Sparrow's menu.
