Crimson Sparrow Hudson now open
The Crimson Sparrow -- the much-anticipated new restaurant in Hudson from two alumni of the foodie-famous WD-50 in NYC -- opened this Wednesday and is taking reservations for dinner (its schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday, with a Sunday brunch starting soon). WD-50 is known for using avant garde techniques.
