Deciphering songs

albany music coalition logoThis could be interesting: the Albany Music Coalition has set up a series of songwriting workshops featuring local musicians. Blurbage: "The series is intended to provide a forum for capital region musicians performing in various genres and at every level of experience to come together to discuss the songwriting process."

The panel discussion will be at Fuzz Records on Lark Street. The first session is August 2 -- with Caroline Corrigan of Babe City, and Eric Krans and Jen O'Connor of The Parlor. Schedule is post jump.

All the panels start at 6:30 pm. They're free.
