Interesting: The Troy Bike Rescue has donated handful of bikes to a non-profit in Troy with the hope of eventually setting up a series of "bike libraries" around the city. [Troy Record]

I have been searching for a bike rental place!!!!! Granted, I live in Albany and will drive in order to pick up said bike - but it is a great step. Albany next please!
