Bread baking class

You might get a rise out of this: Adam Witt -- who helped found Rock Hill Bakehouse and bakes bread for Mrs. London's and Max London's -- will be teaching a bread baking class at Battenkill Kitchen on September 23. The description says it's a full day (11 am-6 pm), hands-on class. The fee is $70. As you well know, Rock Hill makes excellent bread -- so it sounds like this is a good chance to learn from someone who really knows what he's doing. [via @SlowFoodToga]

For some reason, I've never heard of the Battenkill Kitchen. I just looked at the website and now I want to sign up for ALL the classes - including this one!
