Prominent Lark Street building sold
The former Planned Parenthood building on Lark Street has been sold to a company that intends to turn it into street-level retail with apartments above. The building is at Lark and Hudson. Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood moved to a new location on Central Ave in September 2010. [Biz Review]

I wish they could just tear it down and build new. I can't even call the building ugly- it has no style at all, not even negative style.

This is great news. They can do a lot to improve the way a building looks without having to tear it down and for a fraction of the price.
