Knife sharpening

Spoon & Whisk in Clifton Park has a knife sharpening session, in conjunction with knife company Wüsthof, scheduled for this Saturday from noon-3 pm. It's offering to sharpen two of your knives for free, and then sharpen additional knives for a donation to SCCC's culinary program. Also: tips on knife sharpening and knife questions answered. (If you haven't sharpened your kitchen knives in a while, it's worth it -- a sharp knife is safer, and more pleasant to use.)
