Nas, Dillon Francis moved

Two of the upcoming shows originally scheduled for the Washington Ave Armory have been moved to Upstate Concert Hall: Dillon Francis (and many others) on November 8 -- and Nas on November 9. (The Armory has been caught in a permitting issue with the city of Albany following the foam party incident two weeks ago.)
