Harshed by the state AG
The state Attorney General's office announced today that it's gotten a judge to sign off an order requiring the Lark Street shop Shining Star to stop selling "any mislabeled, misbranded or unapproved drugs or intoxicants." And the AG's office says the store's owner is being hit with $14,000 in penalties and costs. Shining Star was among a dozen shops around the state sued by the AG's office this past summer for allegedly selling "designer" or "synthetic" drugs.
