Bowling with Big Boi
Over at Pitchfork, Big Boi talks about the collaborative process with other acts, including Phantogram, for his upcoming album: "We would live day-in and day-out with people, go bowling, go out to eat, and then come back and record, watch a movie, record. It was like funk summer camp." Phantogram shows up on three of the album's tracks. Here's one of them. (Phantogram has been in Europe, but they had to cancel the rest of their tour dates because Josh broke his hand -- upside: his German doctors like the group's music.)
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.
