Albany snow emergency canceled

Update: The Albany snow emergency scheduled to start Saturday night has been canceled. As expected, an Albany snow emergency will start Saturday (February 9) at 8 pm with even side parking. It flips to odd side parking Sunday at 8 pm. Normal parking rules and regulations are temporarily suspended during this period.
