Cheesecake and meditation

NYT recently had an interesting article about the nuns of New Skete in Washington County -- and their cheesecake. There are lots of interesting bits about the how the nuns got into the cheesecake business. And there's also a good accompanying video. The cheesecake is available via mail order (and we've also seen it at Hannaford). There are also monks of New Skete -- they raise and train German Shepherds. (Thanks, Jess)

Now if only the monks and nuns would get together and train the German Shepherds to make cheesecake . . . then I'd get religion.
