Dear Commissioner Goodell...

In which New York State attorney general Eric Schneiderman reminds the NFL it is illegal to discriminate against job applicants on the basis of sexual orientation. Schneiderman's office says the letter to the NFL was prompted by reports that some players at the NFL combine (basically a big tryout for prospects) were asked "whether they have a girlfriend, are married, or like girls." The NFL is, we kid you not, a non-profit, based in New York City. (The teams themselves are for-profit.)
