Drawing: A Moveable Feast

HAF Moveable Feast 2013 posterDrawing's closed! Winner's been emailed!

The Historic Albany Foundation's annual fundraiser A Moveable Feast is coming up April 20. The way it works: About 300 people meet up at (this year) Albany Law for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, then they're randomly assigned to groups for gourmet dinners (with mystery menus) at historic homes around Albany, and then everyone meets back up at Albany Law for dessert and coffee.

We have a pair of tickets to A Moveable Feast, and we're giving them away. To enter, please answer this question in the comments:

If you could line up three local things for a menu -- a "feast," if you will -- what would they be?

The answers could be anything: food, buildings, places, activities, whatever. There are no wrong answers. We'll draw one winner at random.

A Moveable Feast is from 5-10 pm on the 20th (a Saturday).Tickets are $115 for the general public, so a pair is quite the prize. They're available online or by calling 465-0876 x10.

Important: All comments must be submitted by 5 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 to be entered in the drawing. You must answer the question to be part of the drawing. (Normal commenting guidelines apply.) One entry per person, please. You must enter a valid email address (that you check regularly) with your comment. The winner will be notified via email by noon on Wednesday and must respond by 10 am on Thursday.

A Troy feast of sorts...
- take over someplace like like Ryan's Wake: beautiful space, but somehow lacking as an actual bar.
- drag over all the beer taps /and/ the bar staff from The Ruck; run plumbing over to Brown's for more taps;
- Since eventually we'll need to actually eat. setup some tables for restaurant catering. Muza, Brown's, Ale House, and Dinosaur come to mind. (Yes, all of them!)
