Spring must really be happening: Kurver Kreme opened Tuesday -- 11 am- 9 pm. This year's opening date was a little later than usual because of two deaths in the family that owns the stand. It's good to have the neon sign lit back up. Earlier: Ice cream stand season 2013

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.

I hope the family takes some comfort in the fact that so many people care about this wonderful family,and all the happy memories their delicious ice cream brings to our area in the summertime! Want to go to Kurver soon.
