The Downtown Troy BID has lined up the second Downtown Troy For Rent tour on May 1, from 3-6 pm. It's basically an open house of available commercial space around downtown Troy. The city is full of great old buildings with some excellent spaces -- this could a prime opportunity for some first class real estate gawking.
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
