First, we have the 'salon wars', then the 'dog poop cleaner-upper wars', and now the 'ice cream truck wars'. I think competition is great, but is there something in the 518's water that causing some small businesses to get mean and nasty? Or are the local news media sensationalizing what is business as usual?
