For what it's worth: Earlier this spring the developer for a project in Syracuse that includes Costco said the warehouse store chain was also looking to open stores in Rochester and Albany. Yesterday it was announced Costco is anchoring a new development in Rochester. (In March a real estate broker told the Biz Review that Costco was scouting sites in Colonie.) For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
