5 Englewood -- AKA, the UAlbany presidents residence -- has sold for its $625,000 listing price after a "bidding war," Paul Grondahl reports.
The UAlbany Foundation put the house up for sale this past spring after new university president Robert Jones and his wife chose to live in a condo in downtown Albany.
