Former major league pitcher Tommy John -- and, presumably, his famous elbow -- will be at The Joe Saturday for the ValleyCats game. He'll be outside the stadium from 5:15-6:15 pm, and then is scheduled to throw out the first pitch -- an event made possible in part by ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction. (Though he's known for the namesake surgery, John also won 288 games in the majors -- more than half after the surgery)
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
