Wait, that's not possible. That's the description of my house. (I'm looking at you Bobby....urinating in your yard and mowing your lawn at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings.) Must be a lot of similar properties in the Capital Region.

Seriously - if those pictures are accurate the property would sell better if the structure were gone.
