The Moreland Commission -- the panel investigating corruption in the state legislature -- is finalizing a contract to use advanced data mining technology (already used by the feds for stuff like anti-terrorism) in an attempt to surface conflicts of interest and other corruption, the now-Capital-ized Jimmy Vielkind reports.
